Welcome to Pawkraft Co. ("Pawkraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through pawkraft.co, you agree to the following terms.
Pawkraft creates custom 3D-printed figurines of your pet based on photos you provide. Each figurine is shipped as a white primed model alongside a personalised paint kit for you to paint yourself. Every kit is unique and made to order.
When you place an order, you provide us with photos of your pet. By submitting photos, you:
We do not sell, share, or distribute your photos for marketing or any purpose unrelated to producing your kit. Photos are retained for up to 90 days after your order ships to allow for any quality issues or reprint requests, after which they are permanently deleted.

Your kit includes a QR code that links to an online 3D viewer of your pet's model. This viewer page displays your pet's name and a 3D model only — no personal information about you is shown. The viewer URL uses a unique random identifier and is not publicly listed or searchable. Anyone with the link can view the model.
If you would like your 3D viewer link deactivated at any time, contact us at hello@pawkraft.co.
Your figurine is a stylised three-dimensional sculpture, not a photographic replica. While we work to capture your pet's likeness, character, and unique features as closely as possible, the final figurine is an artistic interpretation based on the photos you provide.
The quality of your figurine depends on the quality of your photos. Clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles produce the best results.
Colours in the included paint kit are matched to your pet based on your photos. Slight variations between the paint colours and your pet's actual appearance are normal.
All prices are displayed in your local currency where available (AUD, USD, NZD, GBP, EUR). Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system.
Once you submit your photos and your order enters production, change of mind refunds are not available as your figurine is unique to your pet. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Each kit is custom-made. Please allow 10-14 business days for production and shipping (domestic) or 10-21 business days (international). These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
If you selected "upload photos later" at checkout, production cannot begin until we receive your photos. We will send reminders but your order will remain on hold until photos are submitted.
Shipping is free worldwide. International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
The 3D model of your pet created through our pipeline is produced for your personal use as part of the Pawkraft kit. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use the 3D model, reference card designs, or other digital assets produced as part of your order.
The Pawkraft name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Pawkraft Co.
Pawkraft kits are decorative items intended for display. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the kit. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at pawkraft.co/policies/terms-of-service.
