All Pawkraft kits are custom-made from your photos. Please allow 7-14 business days for Australian orders and 10-21 business days for international orders. These timeframes include production and delivery.
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.
If you selected 'upload photos later' at checkout, production begins once we receive your photos. Delivery timeframes start from the date your photos are submitted.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the kit price.
We ship using tracked postal services. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your kit has been dispatched.
