All Pawkraft kits are custom-made from your photos, so each one is unique to your pet. If you haven't yet submitted your photos and have changed your mind, we're happy to offer a full refund. Once your kit enters production, change of mind refunds are not available as each figurine is made uniquely. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us at hello@pawkraft.co and we'll replace it at no cost. Not happy with your kit? Get in touch and we'll work with you to make it right.
