Do I need painting experience? Not at all. Every kit comes with a reference card showing exactly where each colour goes, plus tips for techniques like drybrushing and washing. If you can hold a brush, you can do this.
What's included in the kit? Your custom sculpted figurine in white primer, 8 pots of colour-matched acrylic paint, 4 fine detail brushes, a mixing palette, display putty, and a personalised reference card with a QR code to view your pet's 3D model.
How long does it take to arrive? Most orders arrive within 10-21 business days. Each figurine is custom-made from your photos, so please allow time for us to get every detail right.
Can I order for a pet who has passed away? Absolutely. Many of our kits are made in memory of beloved pets. Select the memorial option during checkout and we'll know to treat it with the sensitivity it deserves.
Do you ship internationally? Yes- free shipping worldwide. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with EU coming soon.
