We ship most kits within 10-14 business days of receiving photos.
Most people already have enough photos in their camera roll. Aim for 6-10 reasonably clear photos from a variety of angles, including a few that show your dog's face and body shape. They don't need to be perfect; if anything is missing or unusable, we'll email you before we start.
Right now we only make kits for dogs. We're planning to expand to other pets soon, and we'll update the site as soon as they are available.
